Free Style Writing Challenge: What Gives Me Joy?

A gauntlet has been thrown and I merrily accepted a challenge from a wonderful damsel, that is LadyLeeManila. The tournament that is called, “The Freestyle Writing” where warriors are armed with a keypad shielded by their blinking touchscreens in an iron-clad chair with only minutes to spare to unhorse your response to the challenge. Many thanks, LadyLeeManila, for such a nomination.

The Freestyle Writing Challenge

1. Open a blank Document
2. Set a stop watch or your mobile phone timer to 5 or 10 minutes, whichever challenge you prefer.
3. Your topic is at the foot of this post BUT DO NOT SCROLL DOWN TO SEE IT UNTIL YOU ARE READY WITH YOUR TIMER!!!
4. Once you start writing do not stop until the alarm sounds!
5. Do not cheat by going back and correcting spelling and grammar using spell check (it is only meant for you to reflect on your own control of sensible thought flow and for you to reflect on your ability to write with correct spelling and grammar.)
6. You may or may not pay attention to punctuation or capitals.
7. At the end of your post write down ‘No. of words = ____” to give an idea of how much you can write within the time frame.
8. Do not forget to copy paste the entire passage on your blog post with a new topic for your nominees and copy paste these rules with your nomination (at least five (5) bloggers)

Ready?

The topic I was given … What gives me joy?

*****
There are only three things in the world that give me unexplainable joy and happiness that matches the joys in heaven, if there is a real heaven.

The joy that these three things give me is an utmost bliss that only I van experience by myself. It is like surfing peacefully in an ocean where waves come and go as I please. It is like flying up high with the wind blowing as I wish. And it is like riding a race car with ultra-powered shock absorbers that you will not feel any bumps along the way.

These are the feelings and the emotional ecstasy I have with these three things that bring me joy wwjerever I am and wherever I go at any time of the day. It is eternal and timeless, with no boundary and with no question about how these three things provide me the happiness that can be felt up to my bones.

So what are these three things that bring me joy and happiness that only I can experience and explain.

These are

*****
My time was up, I have written 179 words in five minutes. And as I review what I have written, there were some mistakes. But thanks to my mobile phone, the advantage of writing using my mobile phone, it autocorrects some of the obvious words which I may have misspelled. And sorry that I was unable to complete what I was writing, no more time! Hehehe! (Wink!)

As I have to pass the torch to my fellow blog warriors, I nominate the following:

1. A Simple Life – one of the brilliant story-telling blogger I am following whose tales, fiction or nonfiction, will rival those books in the market!
2. RaineFairy – a business traveler whose poems bespeaks of her exploits and who always loved her mother country, the Philippines!
3. Sophie Speaks Up – the wittiest girl I’ve ever known so far that always puts a smile on my face in everything she writes!
4. Julie Powell – one of the astounding photographers whose photo blogs I always eagerly await to appear on my reader!
5. Phalanxed Noise – one of the many genius and deep thinking bloggers in the universe whose philosophies and mind-awakening insights has always kept me concluding that he is right in what he has said!

And the dragon you will be facing is…
