Repetitive Stimulation… (Monotone in Orange)

image

Monotone means dull, repetitive, and lacking in variety and interest. In photography, a monotone may be defined as just having a single colored image. So how would you make a monotonous photograph more interesting?

The color, Orange, is usually associated with joy and warmth. It is said that this color has very high visibility and is often used to gain attention. It still gets your message noticed without the bold, in-your-face presence that the color red has.

I think that by using the color orange, a monotone can be vibrant and interesting… The photo is a macro of an “Omega” diet supplement pill.
